THE ARTS SOCIETY TAYSIDE

THE ARTS SOCIETY TAYSIDE

The Arts Society Tayside is an affiliate society of The Arts Society (formerly NADFAS). The Society was founded in 1990 as the Perth Decorative and Fine Arts Society but changed its name to Tayside Decorative & Fine Arts Society in 2012 to more reflect the wide geographical area to which members belong. The current name was adopted in 2017 when the national society was rebranded. We have nearly 500 members who meet as two groups, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

In addition to the lecture programme The Arts Society Tayside also runs a number of visits and study days, a series of winter lectures and an annual lunch with a guest speaker. Details of these are found under Visits/Study Days.
